   Four roller rolling machine can finish material’s ending pre-bending and rolling with one times’ feeding of metal material,which has many advantages:small residual straight edge,etc.It;s the ideal equipment of  rolling round,arc,cone workpiece.

 According to the situation on both sides of the roller to adjust position arrangement, can be symmetric or asymmetric bending.So,in theory this machine can be rolled into the rest of the straight edge is small at a time of  ideal cyliner.Compared with the symmetric three-roller plate without using press bending of plate.

By below-roller rolling up,clamping plate end,side roller tilting up to achieve the end pre-bending .

Below-roller and side-roller’s lift shift can controled by Intelligent PLC progrsmmsble controller.It also can auto-leveling and screen digital display can accurate       0.15mm.±0.1mm.

Below-roller and side-roller could single-ended tilt.It can go up and down at healing condition.

Up-roller is main rotation.By friction force between steel plate  and roller to lead side-roller move,which offers torsion  for edge rolling. 

 Using hydraulic drive which synchro hydraulic system to balancing speed between rollers automatic and compensate up and below  rollers surface speed.For achieving accurate stop rolling  and remain straight edge minimum,every hydraulic motor wear instant brake.Instant brake can fast reaction,ensure end board accurate positioning and avoid steel plate slide from machine

2.Main Function

   2.1 This machine is a hydraulic four -roller bending machine and used to do pre bending the end of plate, rolling it into round, cone and other shapes.

     2.2 This machine is composed of upper roller device, lower roller device, side roller device, main drive device, overturn device, left and right side of the rack and chassis. It also has special device to form and roll Cones, top support appliance for big ring rolled.

 2.3As main drive simultaneously, upper and lower roller are provided with power by hydraulic motor. They can rotate and reverse to provide torque for plate bending machine.

 2.4The lower roller makes vertical movements. It clamps the plate tight and achieves asymmetrical bending though the hydraulic cylinder.

 2.5There are side roller devices on both sides of the upper and lower roller. Side rollers make inclining movement along the guide rail . The up and down movements of the side roller is achieved by hydraulic cylinder.

 2.6The structure of the rack is welded steel plate . It has been annealed to eliminate internal stress after welded.
